Abbreviated from Cock and Ball Torture - risky sexual techniques associated with torture of the penis and testicles. It may involve the use of wax (waxplay), electricity (electrotorture), placement of metal, rubber or leather rings, piercing, needle play, pinching, hand strikes, hits with leather slappers or other tools (genital flogging, genital spanking), kicking (ball kicking), tying (genital bondage), stretching the testicles (ball stretch) and many others. Often these actions can lead to serious injuries and permanent damage to the genitals.
