Dominatrix

Name for female Dominant in BDSM. Although considered equivalent to Mistress or Domme, the term is more commonly used for Professional Mistress (see Pro-Domme).

The term Dominatrix is often used to create derivative concepts related to certain roles of women as Mistresses - Humiliatrix (Dominatrix specializing in the application of humiliations), Straponatrix (see Strap-on Sex), Brutalizatrix or Violatrix (Dominatrix offering cruel treatment), Tormentrix (Dominatrix specializes in the use of torments) and others.
