How to measure
To determine the correct size of the wrist/ankle cuffs, please measure the circumference of the thinnest part of your wrist/ankles.
To determine the correct size of the collar, please measure your neck circumference on the level of about one inch/3 cm from the meeting of your neck and shoulders.
